Extra Bonus Rewards

1. The “Extra Bonus Rewards” promotion runs from 19 July to 15 August 2025 (“promotion period”) with four designated spending periods (first spending period: 19-25 July 2025; second spending period: 26 July - 1 August 2025; third spending period: 2-8 August 2025; and fourth spending period: 9-15 August 2025).
2. During the promotion period, Lee Tung Avenue Members are eligible for an additional HK$300 Cash Discount Coupon (including TWO HK$100 Dining Discount Coupons and ONE HK$100 Shopping Discount Coupon) when they accumulate a spending of HK$3,000 at Lee Tung Avenue within any of the designated spending periods. All transactions must be made with an approved electronic payment method and the spending amount in each transaction must be at least HK$100.
3. Eligible transactions conducted within one designated spending period can be accumulated but cannot be carried forward to, or be accumulated with, the eligible transactions conducted in other spending periods.
4. Each Member is eligible to redeem the additional rewards only once in each designated spending period.
5. The reward redemption ticket will be automatically credited to the Member’s “My Rewards” section under “My Record” on the same day upon the mission is completed.
6. Members must visit the Customer Service Centre in person and present their reward redemption ticket along with their Lee Tung Avenue membership to redeem the gift within 14 days of the reward distribution date.
7. Members hereby acknowledge and accept that all privileges and rewards are available in limited quantities and on a first-come, first-served basis. If a reward cannot be redeemed before the deadline due to limited stock or similar reasons, there will be no compensation for the reward.
8. Any unredeemed gifts will be automatically forfeited after the applicable expiry date.
9. The rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable. The promotion and the rewards are also subject to terms and conditions of the designated dining merchants and Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited applicable to them. Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited has not given and shall not give any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, in relation to the promotion, the rewards and the designated dining merchants' product/service (including quality, merchantable quality, performance, enjoyment, use or any other aspects). Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall also not be liable for any loss or damage caused by or in connection with the promotion, the rewards and the designated dining merchants' product/service (whether such product/service relates to quality, merchantable quality, performance, after-sale or repair services, use or otherwise). Any enquiries, comments, complaints or disputes relating to quality of the designated dining merchants' product/service, the designated dining merchants’ services and/or any matters concerning the same should be directed to the designated dining merchants.
10. Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited has the sole and absolute discretion in determining a participant’s eligibility for participating in the promotion or the rewards. If Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited discovers at any time, whether during or after the promotion period, that any participant has submitted false or misleading information or has failed to comply with these terms and conditions, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited is entitled to disqualify such participants from participating in the promotion and receiving the rewards. If a participant is disqualified, the rewards may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
11. If for any reason this promotion or these rewards is/are not capable of running as planned, whether or not due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion or the rewards, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the promotion and/or the rewards without prior notice and without compensation of whatsoever nature.
12. Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and time related to the promotion or the rewards, including but not limited to the promotion period are recorded according to the reception of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited’s server and computer records.
13. Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited is not the organiser or provider of the product/service of the designated dining merchants. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall not be liable for the arrangement or quality or merchantable quality of the product/service or any other aspects of the product/service of the designated dining merchants whether or not it is arising out of, or in connection, with any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct relating to the product/service or in making available the product/service.
14. To the maximum extent permissible by law, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall not be liable in any way to any person or any party for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury (whether or not it is foreseeable) arising from and/or incidental to the promotion or the rewards or the the designated dining merchants' product/service.
15. Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right to interpret and/or amend these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this promotion or the rewards, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right of final decision. All decisions of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall be final, conclusive and binding on all the participants.
16. Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, withdraw, replace or change any item(s) of this promotion or the rewards without prior notice and without compensation of whatsoever nature.
17. In the case of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
18. Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right to terminate or vary the promotion and/or the rewards from time to time without providing any prior notification and without any compensation of whatsoever nature. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall be final and conclusive.
19. Participants’ registration in this promotion or the rewards will serve as their consent to agree and accept the above terms and conditions. Upon joining this event, all the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out above.
