General Terms and Conditions

Quotas apply on the promotions. First-come, first-served.
Unless otherwise specified, the promotions under the “Summer Triple Rewards” campaign (including Weekend Coupon Rewards, Weekend 5X Points and Flash Deal Coupons) may be used in conjunction with each other, provided that all applicable terms and conditions of each individual promotion are fulfilled.
The rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable. The promotion and the rewards are also subject to terms and conditions of the designated merchants and Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited applicable to them. Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited has not given and shall not give any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, in relation to the promotion, the rewards and the designated merchants' product/service (including quality, merchantable quality, performance, enjoyment, use or any other aspects). Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall also not be liable for any loss or damage caused by or in connection with the promotion, the rewards and the designated merchants' product/service (whether such product/service relates to quality, merchantable quality, performance, after-sale or repair services, use or otherwise). Any enquiries, comments, complaints or disputes relating to quality of the designated merchants' product/service, the designated merchants’ services and/or any matters concerning the same should be directed to the designated merchants.
The relationship of the designated merchants and us is that of independent contractor only. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create any partnership, agency, employment, joint venture or other relationship between the parties and neither party shall hold itself out as the same. Except as expressly authorized in writing, neither party may bind the other or make representations on behalf of the other.
Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited has the sole and absolute discretion in determining a participant’s eligibility for participating in the promotion or the rewards. If Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited discovers at any time, whether during or after the promotion period, that any participant has submitted false or misleading information or has failed to comply with these terms and conditions, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited is entitled to disqualify such participants from participating in the promotion and receiving the rewards. If a participant is disqualified, the rewards may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
If for any reason this promotion or these rewards is/are not capable of running as planned, whether or not due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion or the rewards, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the promotion and/or the rewards without prior notice and without compensation of whatsoever nature.
Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and time related to the promotion or the rewards, including but not limited to the promotion period are recorded according to the reception of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited’s server and computer records.

Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited is not the organiser or provider of the product/service of the designated merchants. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall not be liable for the arrangement or quality or merchantable quality of the product/service or any other aspects of the product/service of the designated merchants whether or not it is arising out of, or in connection, with any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct relating to the product/service or in making available the product/service.
To the maximum extent permissible by law, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall not be liable in any way to any person or any party for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury (whether or not it is foreseeable) arising from and/or incidental to the promotion or the rewards or the designated merchants' product/service.
You as participant agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited and all of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited’s parent companies, associated companies, subsidiaries, agents, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their directors, employees, contractors, agents and officers (collectively “Indemnified Parties”) harmless, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) arising out of or in connection with (i) your (as participant’s) breach of the terms, conditions, warranties, representations and agreements of these terms and conditions; (ii) any use or consumption of the designated merchants' product/service by you (as participant); (iii) your (as participant’s) violation of any third party right, including without limitation any right of privacy, rights of publicity or any intellectual property rights; or (iv) your (as participant’s) violation of any law, rule or regulation of Hong Kong.
Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right to interpret and/or amend these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this promotion or the rewards, Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right of final decision. All decisions of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall be final, conclusive and binding on all the participants.
Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, withdraw, replace or change any item(s) of this promotion or the rewards without prior notice and without compensation of whatsoever nature.
If any clause hereof is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other clause and such invalid clause shall be deemed to be severed from these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions set forth the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, understandings or arrangements relating to the subject matter of these terms and conditions. Neither party shall be entitled to rely on any agreement, understanding or arrangement that is not expressly set forth in these terms and conditions.
No provision of these terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been waived unless such waiver is expressly given by us in writing. No failure by any party to insist upon the strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions, or to exercise any right or remedy consequent upon a breach thereof, shall constitute a waiver of any such breach of such provision or of any other provision. No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision of these terms and conditions or a waiver of such provision with respect to any subsequent breach, unless expressly provided in writing.
Nothing in these terms and conditions, whether expressed or implied, is intended to, or will, confer on any person any benefit or any right to enforce any term which such person would not have but for the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
In the case of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited reserves the right to terminate or vary the promotion and/or the rewards from time to time without providing any prior notification and without any compensation of whatsoever nature. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited shall be final and conclusive.
Participants’ registration in this promotion or the rewards will serve as their consent to agree and accept the above terms and conditions. Upon joining this event, all the participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out above.
